Project Date: 2023
Team: Alone
Scope: Research, analysis, concept, design, usability testing
Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Lyssna.

In this project, I developed three personas to gain a deeper understanding of their needs. I also acquired skills in creating empathy maps. The subsequent steps included crafting user stories, task flows, story mapping, and user flows. These stages equipped me with the knowledge to establish a clear and organized process, facilitating the progression to sketches. The subsequent step focused on the information architecture, where I adhered to key principles in designing the website:
          Choices Principle
          Disclosure Principle
          Front Doors Principle
          Focused Navigation Principle
          Growth Principle
These principles were meticulously crafted to streamline the user experience, fostering a more focused, informative, and adaptable platform for future updates.

User Flow Analysis
Usability Testing

I designed a prototype using Figma, incorporating the results of card sorting tests and three testing. This prototype applied the following UX Laws:
      Goal—Gradient Effect
      Hick's Law
      Jacob's Law
      Law of Proximity

Brand Book

During the creation of this brand book, I formulated the mission, vision, values and brand essence based on the brand pyramid. This process taught me how to articulate the personality, visual identity, brand promise and verbal identity of this brand.
